At Health and Wellness Botanicals, we’re committed to getting your premium hemp-derived CBD products to you quickly, safely, and reliably. All our products are derived from hemp and contain 0% to less than 0.3% THC, fully compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable federal regulations.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Processing may take longer during periods of high demand, low inventory, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll notify you via email if there's any significant delay.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on USPS service levels and your location:

• Standard USPS shipping: 3–7 business days (most domestic orders).
• Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly on the USPS website using the provided tracking number.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other carrier issues.

Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).
• Orders under $75 incur standard USPS shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) and select U.S. territories where hemp-derived CBD products compliant with federal law are permitted.

• We do not ship internationally.
• Due to varying state laws regarding hemp-derived products, we may restrict shipping to certain states or require additional verification. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we'll contact you promptly to discuss options or issue a refund.
• All shipments originate from our facility in Glendale, Arizona.
